Privacy Policy

This policy describes what we collect on this marketing website (assetlink.ai) and your choices. It does not cover the AssetLink product, which is governed by separate agreements with enterprise customers.

1. What we collect

On this website we collect only the minimum needed to understand traffic and improve the experience:

Standard request data — your IP address (anonymized before storage), browser type, and the pages you view. This is logged by our hosting provider.
Analytics events — if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to record aggregated information about visits, including page views, referring site, session duration, country, and device type.
Demo bookings— if you book a demo, you are redirected to HubSpot Meetings, which collects the contact information you submit there. HubSpot's own privacy policy applies to that form.

We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising cookies. We do not use cross-site tracking pixels.

2. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate site usage. Analytics is enabled by default for visitors from the United States, our target audience. We anonymize IP addresses (anonymize_ip is enabled) and do not load advertising or personalization cookies.

If you prefer not to be measured, you can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, enabling your browser's "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control setting, or blocking analytics scripts via your browser's privacy controls or an extension such as uBlock Origin.

The site is built with Google's Consent Mode v2; if we expand to jurisdictions that require explicit opt-in, an accept/reject banner will appear and analytics will default to off until you accept.

3. Legal basis and your rights

We rely on your consent to load analytics cookies (GDPR Art. 6(1) (a)), and on legitimate interest for the minimal request logging needed to operate the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, email support@assetlink.ai.

4. Changing your choice

Your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage. To change it, clear site data for assetlink.ai in your browser settings and reload the page — the consent banner will reappear.
